Does the AI ever make mistakes?
Like any AI, it can occasionally misunderstand a question. That's why we have smart escalation — if the AI is unsure, it connects the customer to your team rather than guessing.
What languages does it support?
It auto-detects and responds in the language the customer writes in — including English, Chinese (Simplified & Traditional), Spanish, French, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, and 50+ more. No config needed.
Can the AI cancel orders?
Yes. When a customer requests cancellation, the AI asks for their email, verifies it matches the order, checks it hasn't shipped yet, then processes the cancellation via Shopify. Shipped orders are declined with a clear message.
How is this different from Tidio or Gorgias?
